Reccomendations for the Free Time in Barcelona:
Sagrada Familia
Sagrada Familia means church of the holy family and it is a must-see. It was designed by the famous Spanish architect Antoni Gaudí. The construction actually started before Gaudí became involved in 1883. Progress was slow because of the civil war and the construction relied on private donations.
Torre Agbar
On our city tour through Barcelona we will cross this Skyscraper. It has 32 levels and is made out of glass and aluminum. The architect chose more than 40 colors for the facade so that it would appear as a reptile skin.
Parque Güell
Is a public park system composed of gardens and architectonic elements located on Carmel Hill. The park was built between 1900 and 1914 and was officially opened as a public park in 1926. In 1984,UNESCO declared the park a World Heritage Site under “Works of Antoni Gaudí”.
After that, there will be free time in the hostel and then we'll be drinking and partying together in the club.
Barrio gotico
The English name for this neighbourhood is Gothic Quarter. It also includes the Jewish Quarter. The buildings remain from the middle age and you have to be careful that you don’t get lost in the maze-like streets.
After we're done with the tour we will have time to look for what we want for dinner. Then, we'll stay at the hostel to party together.
Day 2:
In the morning we will all meet at the hostel and we will take the bus in which we travel to visit:
Montjuic
Or translated Jewish Mountain is Barcelona’s green lung. From here you have a beautiful view over the old town. Here we will also see the Fuente de Montjuic (engl. Fountain) and the Castillo de Montjuic (engl. Castle). Which is an old military fortress that has been used as a prison and torture center.
The Bunkers
It was built in 1937 during the Spanish Civil War. They were the anti-aircraft defense of Barcelona of whose original structure hasn't changed across the ages.
After visiting these two places in the morning, we will come back to Barcelona you will have more free time so that you can pick up your visit of the city where you left it off.
3rd Day:
In the morning we do the Check-out in the lobby of the hostel and we will leave to Zaragoza.
ZARAGOZA
Come and discover Zaragoza with your Erasmus friends. The city is located next to the Ebro River, between Madrid and Barcelona. Its history is full of diversity, with Romans, Muslims, Jews and Christians going down in history. We can witness this through places such as the Circus (Roman ruins), Mudejar style churches and more.

Pilar Square
It is one of the busiest popular centers in Zaragoza. There we can find the Cathedral-Basilica of Our Lady of Pilar, where the homonymous image is venerated. It goes by the nickname "la sala de la ciudad" (the living room of the city) because it is where many festivals are held. Also called Plaza de las Catedrales because there are two cathedrals; The Seo and the Pillar.
The Lonja
It is a civil building of Renaissance style built in the first half of the 16th century in Zaragoza that was made for economic activities. It is nowadays an exhibition room for Zaragoza City Council.
The Arch and the House of Dean
These are one of the most emblematic corners of the city. Near the Gate of St. Bartholomew, gate on the east side of the Cathedral of the Seo, there is an arch on which was built the house called the Deán. The pointed arch dates back to 1587 and above it stands a viewpoint with three Gothic windows overlooking the square of San Bruno.
